Lyla is an embodiment guide, belly dance teacher, and sensual movement priestess devoted to helping others come home to their bodies through sacred expression. With over a decade of experience in dance and ritual she weaves presence, play, and poetry into everything she offers. Known for her warm, magnetic energy, Lyla creates spaces where you feel safe to explore your truth, expand your radiance, and move from a place of deep inner connection.

FURTHER ADO

Further Ado emerged from the strange days of 2020, when Michael and Lauren found themselves in a small community called Rosebud in Nevada City.

When nervous systems needed gentle heartfelt music for calming and comfort, Further Ado was the perfect medicine.

Further Ado can re-do your favorite songs, familiar classics and some you’ve never heard before, reimagined with smooth harmonies and delicate guitar work to melt your heart.
